Actually it is as Mike D said. The hole behind the Finger Lever is filled with a Thin Plastic Shield that you need to carefully pry out. When it is loose move the Finger Lever around to finish getting it out.

When that Plastic Shield is out pull the Finger lever out as if you were opening the Door and you will see a single Phillips Head Screw. Remove the Screw and that loosens the Trim.
After that ou need to manipulate/move the Finger Lever to find a spot where the Trim will come off.
