I may be looking at a 95 E300D with just over 300K. Apparently tranny works perfectly. According to a W124 expert in our circles, if that's the case it MUST be a replacement tranny, since 270k is about the outer mileage limit he's seen.

Anyone agree or disagree?

I hate the thought of a tranny with 300k on it....but love the thought of a tranny with a lot less.
