The only tranny in our family that ever failed was on an unconcious for ALL types of breakdowns==engine / AC etc. problems Cadillac, the worst & costliest POS on 4 wheels ever!

MB and Ford trans. IMPE are in fact bulletproof - serviced and treated properly......one million + miles on (5) of them and counting sez so.
Depends on how you find it after driving it for 10K miles, after servicing it?
