I would chase the the brain's power supply problem. If the control unit isn't powered up, the injectors won't supply any fuel and the engine will crank all day without starting. You can get wiring diagrams from alldatadiy or other online sources.

I think that the brain gets its power from a power supply module with fuses, so that's an easy place to check.
