JC Whitney sells replacement ashphalt sound deadening material -- 29.99 for a 54x32" sheet. I'm using this stuff on my brother's 300D, since his was gone along with the floor, and we had to remove much of what was left for welding. It gets brittle and cracks, and the adhesive wasn't much to start with.

If you still have all the bits, you can try a heat gun to re-attach it, it was heat bonded at the factory. Failing that, get the stuff from JC Whitney, works fine.
