Funny that they didn't mention Nevada.
I think prostitution is legal in many states but people don't know. Same as mentioned in the article, brothels, pimping and street hooking are illegal but prostitution is legal.
Marriage for money and dating for perks is a little too close to call for wide-sweeping prohibitions.
Age of consent laws were also very liberal in Canada a few years back.
