I have a 300se 1991 with 214,000 kms and I was told the transmission was bad and needed to be rebuilt for 5000.00 it all the sudden lost both forward and reverse gears ,what is the first thing I should do to check it out and will the transmission from a 95 e320 fit into the 300se thanks
