The non-US cars tended to be more stripped down than the luxe US models. Depending how, and if, it was "federalized" when brought into the US, the differences are pretty minor.

Non US models did not have steel tube reinforcement bars in doors.
Non US models had vacuum adjuster for headlights, wiring for city lights and wiring for rear fog light.
Some non US models had a timing advance adjuster to compensate for fuel quality.
