the issue with the waster is the headlight wiper motor bolts to a bracket cast into the bottom of the headlight. On the euro headlight that bracket it much further over. I just found color matched headlight trim without the holes for the washers and removed the system from my car.

Can't tell you anything about the 100w bulbs. You may have to spearhead that. Do you have the euro lights installed already? If not try them with standard bulbs, the difference between US and euro lights on the same wattage bulbs is enormous.
