How About AutoZone or Oreilley Auto Parts (formally Kragens Auto Parts)?
I can't remember if it was still Kragens or had changed to Oreilley Auto Parts but I bought a single 9/16" wrench from them (Powerbuilt). They have a website you can check the prices on.
The problem with buying single Wrenches on ebay is the shipping cost would be too much. Do they have Yard Sales or a SwapMeet(Flea Markets) in Your area?
Some where in the DIY section there is some measurements and angles to make the Wrenches.
