To the best of my knowledge

1) The actual gearing is the same
2) The valve bodies are going to be different
3) The governor is likely to be different
4) Torque converter probably different
5) Vacuum dashpot will be different

You need to get a book worm to check this all out for you in the (non CD) FSM though - or chapter 27 in WIS
