If true it proves that at least these Texans have no clue about the COTUS. I wonder if this same line of reasoning could be applied to .... OH ...... right to carry?
People are terribly ignorant of COTUS.

As to the right to carry....Texas police have, along with other states, demonstrated total ignorance of open carry laws many times.
