If you have at least one half of Fuel and swap the positions of the Fuel Inlet Hoses and the Fuel Return Hose where they come off of the Fender Well. that bypasses the Fuel Tank Screen and draws Fuel from higher position in the Fuel Tank.
Note that because it is drawing Fuel from a Higher Position in the Fuel Tank it also means you would run out of Fuel earlier than is on the Gauge.
Clean the Turbo Boost Line where it comes off the back of the Intake Manifold. You could also T into the ADLA Line and see if it is getting Boost Pressure.
Check the Hose going to the Waste Gate. If it has a big crack or is disconnected the possible Boost Pressure is going to leak out of it.
