The accelerator pedal on the 92 190E 2.6 is a little too hard to depress. I've compared it with other similiar models as well as 300E and it seems to require almost double the force to press it.

I've lubed the cable, and put wd40 after taking the air filter away from the top of the mechanics that the accelerator cable attaches to. It helped a little but still not as soft as others.

Any ideas ?
