Well pulled the valve cover, add some lock tight but the bolt would not tighten down, appears the threads are damaged. My only other choice was to remove it. I highly doubt it will cause any ill effect as it just holds a clamp for the squirter and it being lose for all these years, the car has ran fine. Its a good thing I pulled the cover, had one tight valve, appears the nuts were lose, i may have forget to tighten them down after the last adjustment, also one of my fuel return lines was pinched.
