Mercedes has struck a deal with Shell so that if you buy MB branded oil...it is repackaged Shell.
I bring this up because I buy my oil and filter at my local dealer. Prices are competitive and I am usually in there for some part or other, anyways.
Oil of choice for my M110 used to be Mobil Delvac 1300 15W40.
Since the switch to Shell they now provide Shell Rotella T 15W40.
Either one will give you the Zinc that you need.
