Not myself but if you can turn the alternator by the cooling fins behind the pulley the belt is too loose. Your blower motor is making the alternator deliver more current and with a loose belt it squeels.

A test if you are uncertain is to take a bar of face soap and rub it on the vee face of the belts or belt. Noise gone it is either a loose or very bad belt or belts on the alternator.
