Yes, the printer shows in Devices and Printers and is set as the default printer. Also, I read on another forum that anti virus software sometimes stops MS Word from seeing the printer. So...I turned off the anti virus and still no joy. I'm running Comodo Internet Security Pro. Any other ideas?
