I am gauging whether or not there is any interest in a lift pump rebuild service.

I was thinking of an exchange process. That is, the lift pump for the MW IP for $38.00 plus shipping. I would ship a rebuilt lift pump with a core deposit. Once I got the buyer's lift pump back, I would refund the core fee. The pump would be rebuilt using a MB kit plus a new viton seal "O" ring and would include the gasket for the lift pump to IP. It would be complete and ready to go less the primer pump. The customer could either screw back on their old one or get the black Bosch unit (newer style).

Let me know if anyone is interested. I am going to be running my current lift pump through a cleaning process known to work on diesel fuel injectors and I am going to find the few lift pumps in my garage and run them through the process as well. If I can streamline the process, and there's interest, I will start offering this service.
