You can't go wrong. I read somewhere you can get a 6 speed manual and put it in these. With that mileage it has to have a ton of new parts. our 1999 w210 has 219,000. It runs perfect. i just filled it up with B20 and it is soooo smooth. And very fast and nimble for such a big car.
