It's going to be hard to predict what's best...everything is a trade off. I'm running a 2.47 in my project car and am very happy. I'm trading a bit of off-the-line performance for quiet, economical cruise. Many would be unhappy with this setup but it's exactly what I want.
I'd just swap in what you've got and adjust as needed after you've got the beast on the road and have a chance to evaluate any changes.
