I don't know for sure for your car (and the vintage) but if it is anything like the differences between the SWF and Bosch difference for the W201 you are out of luck. The design of the mechanism is very different for each brand. No parts - not even the wiper arm are interchangeable.
Comparing the SWF with the Bosch I got the impression the Bosch version for the W201 was better built.
