There is a special conical tip, but at one point a cheap plunger type hand size grease gun with that tip was available from Harbor freight, you got three couple ounce tubes of grease with it. Another place to get a tool that supposedly works if the chainsaw bar tip greaser which is very similar to the actual MB design, Oregon's is made of plastic and costs about $5 comes with grease and can be refilled.
