1980 280CE AMG hasn't run in 20 years, drained tank, replaced fuel pump and filter, pumps way too much fuel into motor, have to disconnect fuel pump relay and full throttle to start, will only run at full throttle if I plug it back in, is there a fuel pressure regulator in this system or is it in the fuel distributer?? any ideas?
