Thank you very much Tomguy and Frank for replies and detailed information. Information you gave really very useful for me, specially this pdf file that shows camshaft specifications was what I was looking for. Thank you very much Tomguy for sharing. I think since first m116.981/80 3.5 launched in 1969/1970 till mid 70's together with other 3.5's early 4.5's,MB modified engines and during production replaced some part numbers for following m116/117 engines.

By the way, today I opened my spare cylinder heads which were removed from m116.982 350SLC and checked camshafts again. Just one more question, on right cylinder head camshaft, there is a metal projection, do you know what is it about? For balancing? Please checked attached pictures..
