It would cost that much to do but to me its the answer to the question that nobody is asking. Can I buy a X year old car with everything changed so it will be way too fast to ever drive on the street? To me better if you want to go very fast, to buy a simple even crude car and autocross or track it. Have a normal car to drive on the street....now if I had millions I might bite.
