ACC climate control: didn't work anymore so changed it for a "standard" heating system from a european model.

I'm wondering if it would be possible if i can find back the original owners of my car as he was delivered in the USA when he was manufactured.
There is less to go on: I only have a key with letters on it saying:

"lee's keys u village": does anybody know what this means ?
