So in my search for the pull to the right side, I discovered that my subframe mounts are so broken I can pry the subframe up or down almost a full inch.

I cannot imagine that is normal. Visually they are cracked all the way around.
I am wondering if the subframe mounts are so broken that its shifted the subframe to the right and that is why my wagon pulls to the right even though the alignment is OK and tires have no sign of wear problems.

How much more difficult are the subframe mounts on the wagon versus the sedan?
