Is the noise continuous throughout the turn? Does it have a constant frequency? The part in your photo is the tie rod end and usually those don't make any noise when they are worn. The symptom for worn tie rod ends is wandering on the especially when there are ruts in the road, FYI, the outer tie rod ends you can replace individually but the inners are integral to the link (which includes the outers also...)
