Mercedes 96 03 W210 E320 E300 Original Wheel Rim Long Tire Lug Bolt | eBay
this is from ebay. i don't have a w210 at the moment but i do have a w124 if you need a pic of that.
the w210 and w124 should be similar in thread length. the overall length of the bolt is different to provide better access at the wheel face i.e. bolt head flush w/ outside of hole. i've used short lugs and had to use the deep impact socket to 'start' them in the hub. i also frequently use the long lugs to hold wheels on parts cars after using the correct lugs for other cars....funny looking to see them sticking out past the wheel
