dtf, as far as I know the seat contour, length from the seat to the end of threads, and the diameter of 124 lug bolts and 210 lug bolts for the E320 are identical. I have E420 wheels on our 1998 E320, and those wheels do not require the extended shank lug bolts that came with the stock E320 15-hole wheels. Since the E420 wheels have a polished metal rim I swapped chrome lug bolts from our 1991 300CE (a 124 car) because they provided a more stylish appearance. I torque the lug bolts for both cars to 80 ft/lbs.
