Thanks guys! turns out I did have the right lug bolts in based on Hogweed's picture. So I called Tire Rack to see if they still have the replica rims i bought from them and they had record of it and now i can buy replacement lug bolts for the replica 8 hole that i put snow tires on.

I think Shertex also mentioned in a previous search on 'siezed up lug bolts' that MB offers short shank modified lug bolts for OEM rims so they won't twist. Gotta look those up too.
