Do it. Admittedly I treat my roadbike like a hybrid or mountain at times, and ride off the trail. That, and I like to jump it.

Being clipped in helps me get more air. lol

Thanks! When I got into this health kick, I was pushing 280lbs. Now I'm sitting around 175lbs. Losing weight is more mental than anything else - I've had friends eat clean and work out, but their head wasn't in the game so they didn't stick with it. :/
