I think you just cleaned your heater core. I have no idea if that will drain. I removed my aux fan and sprayed foaming evaperator cleaner in through one of the openings under there. Honestly I cant really describe where to insert it very well, I just felt around until i found the top of the evap. It's more or less above the expansion valve
