I would strongly suggest you try to figure out where that water & cleaner leaked to before it causes mildew. It might be under the rear carpet. Also make absolutely sure your drain tube is in good shape before you add any more cleaner. I replaced mine with heavy heatshrink tubing

Edit. I should mention that I initially misread your model of car. My experience is with a w123 but is probably still accurate
