I've got it running like this but the glow plug has a groove cut into the end of the terminal so a clip from the cables plug can 'lock it in'.
As I can slide the harness plug on and off with my fingers, I'm worried it will vibrate/shake off. It's number six which means inlet manifold off to get to it.
