Hmmm that's difficult to judge.

You could try to do it again but it might not make much of a difference.

I think it is probably best to leave it as it is now. If it gets worse then I guess you'd better do something about it.

You could try an oil change - but (as you stand a chance of losing all that saw dust!) this might make things worse.

You might want to start looking for a replacement differential if you have the storage (and you'll be keeping the car). I tend to find better deals when I don't really really need a replacement part.
