Good morning, If the car is on a lift you can see that bolt if you look in the right spot but it is difficult. Like MBdoc said in that other post this is probably one of the most difficult ps pumps to r&r, but it can be done.
You will need a long extension possibly two and a 13mm wobble socket.
Like was mentioned in that other post, are you sure it's the pump leaking and not just the hose between the reservoir and the pump?
That hose can be replaced without removal of the pump. They are bad about leaking. If the inside of the drive pulley on the pump is dry and dusty then odds are the pump is not leaking.

This is what I use, the extension is 24" and the wobble extension is 12".
