Differential Mount Bolt

Hello all,

Replacing a broken sway bar link, at the same time replacing the differential mount. Of the four bolts that hold the mount to the floor board 3 came out, they had blue thread locker on them. The fourth one broke the captive nut loose inside the floor and will not loosen. It just spins. I've decided, after a few hours of messing with it, that i will cut the bolt head off.

Has anyone had this issue before? I tried to search for it but came up empty handed.
