Dad did that when the 64 bus was new. It had an improvement over prior years. The back window was larger and easier to see out of. He had a 59 & 62 bug before the bus. Everyone knew how to shift and get out of a snow drift in Chicago's parallel parking and snow plow pilings between parking and the street.
Glad I learned my lesson and moved south.

85SD 240K & stopped counting painted, putting bac together. 84SD 180,000. sold to a neighbor and member here but I forget his handle. The 84 is much improved from when I had it. 85TD beginning to repair to DD status. Lots of stuff to do.
