Thanks for the reply ROLLGUY. I tried using two bolts with a pry per your suggestion but I didn't have enough arms, hands, and fingers to manage everything so I resorted to using the parking interlock which worked fine. I was able to remove the peened down metal from the groove before going for it, but even then it took a cheater pipe on the breaker bar to get it loose. This job kinda sucks when crawling around under the car on concrete (better than dirt, yes) but now it's done. Thanks again.
