I've been lurking here for years now. I have a 1976 280C, 110 motor that's been sitting at my daughter's house for almost three years.
The car has a Holley carburetor that the previous owner installed years ago and it ran fine.
I just had the car transported down to my house and it starts but will not hold idle, it will only keep running if I keep accelerating it in a pumping fashion. If I hold the pedal steady, it will die.
