The w124 body is a tiny bit larger so it doesn't fit into the wood panel. Tired of getting baked alive in my car, I just removed the panel and the ACC unit just hanges there, it works but boy does it look horrendous.
I also wonder are the internals a direct swap, I want to take it apart but I'm afraid I'll damage it.
