I would check ebay.de as there were plenty of cars sold there with this engine. I have found that often times the sellers are willing to ship internationally if you ask politely, even when the listing says they won't.
FWIW I recently bought a w210 turbo intake manifold with EGR - a bulky heavy thing - from ebay.de for $98 shipped to USA! The seller resisted at first as he was concerned about the "crazy" $60 shipping price on a $38 part, but I assured him I was willing to pay it.
Parts that are rare here are sometimes commonplace over there and sellers are glad to make a deal.
