I think the university you're meaning is the University of Duquesne and that I believe is in Pittsburgh, PA(I drove by it on my way to a NCAA tourny game 2 years ago).

Keep in mind that out of state tuition is a lot... in some cases more than double of what a person would pay if they're a resident in the state the university is at.

If you're interested in Pharmacy, I would look up a list of top pharmacy schools. I believe Time magazine comes out with college edition magazines that talks about top schools. I remember reading up on these things when I was applying to the schools.

Your other option is to look at possible school's website and see what they offer, what they require, etc.
e.g. Ohio State's pharmacy page ( http://www.pharmacy.ohio-state.edu/ )

Another thing to consider is the benefits of either going to a State or Private school.
