It has been so long I don't remember exactly what happened but now that I am about to start the work, I am concerned that the Karlyn might not be as good a quality and may fail sooner than the Lemforder Guide Rod Repair Kit.

Thoughts or ideas are appreciated.

What did the Seller have to say?

I don't believe a lot of people have used that companies guide rod mounts.
On the Motor Mounts Lemforder boxes mounts made by Phoenix and they still have the Phoenix logo on them. I have no way to know if Karlyn/Kratex parts are boxed by Lemforder.

Are the guide rod mounts themselves marked where they were made. As an example I recently bought Meyle subframe bushings and the box had Myele Germany but I cant remember if it was the mounts are another sticker on the Box had made in Thailand.

Also Lemforder company is part of a conglomerated.
