"I need to add my 2 cents. A few years ago, I was about to order Karlyn tierods, endlinks for my 1998 Volvo V70. Karlyn prices were so good and so tempting. So I did a little research, Karlyn package says "engineered in Germany",
but the reality is that the parts are made in Taiwan because I spoke to Karlyn HQ in New York State (If I am wrong, someone can correct me)."

"I've used lot of suspension components from Karylin and they're holding up fine after 2 years/45k miles. Just because they cost 1/2 or 1/3 or lemfoerder doesn't mean they're bad quality. Those days of "higher price =better quality" are long gone. Compared to OEM, Karylin looks exactly the same, performs the same but without the high price tag or "OEM Lemfoerder" sticker. Besides, pair Karylin rear control arms are a bargain compared to Lemfoerder ($80 vs $220), so you don't have much to lose to try them out."
