I'd see where it's made. The Lemforder guide rod for the W123 is made in Italy, I ended up buying a Rein one which is also made in Italy and seems like it's probably from the same factory (Rein is a parts reboxer, lots of it is actually OES stuff). It was $30 vs the $55 for Lemforder.
