The parking lock guide is connected to the valve body manual valve - you will need to remove the sump pan to see.

I would suggest you buy/download an ATSG service manual for this to somewhat guide you - its not a perfect one but can somewhat guide you correctly as different versions of the 722.3 have a lot of differences.
