I agree with what the others have said. But, I have always wondered if the Injectors produce less noise after they have been run in or you just get used to the noise.

Fuel Injection Pump timing being off can be a cause of the noise.

You did not say who made the new Nozzles used in the rebuild. Many have reported that Bosio Nozzles are noisier then the Monark or the stock Bosch Nozzles.
